pretty easy to find "around" , but you should pay the effort of the font maker.

the "by" comes from one between Koblenz and Priori font (damn they did a mess with this!!!)

working on the big main font now...

... the "&" comes from some kind of monotype like Lubalin...

the bottom bold one is Avant Garde, but they worked on it joining the "ETT", shearing the end of the 2nd t in "guetta" and removing the "A" crossbar.
