You're probably better off to hire an art student in high school or junior college locally to do it. A hundred dollars is an incentive to someone in school. For a professional graphic designer, it's chump change. It would be one thing if you had a crudely drawn version of what you want, and you asked a professional to draw it for you, but you're asking for someone to both conceive and execute a vague concept for next to nothing. For $100, and I suppose that's Canadian dollars, not a 'Benjamin', you could buy a commercial license to a few of the 'free for personal use' fonts available here, and 'mix and match' letters.
