I've been asked to reproduce the attached image as a logo. Problem is that as the image has not been taken from directly on and the sign appears to be hollow with a neon light.

Can anybody take a guess at what font might have been used? Thanks in advance for any help.

Trying to work out what TWO different fonts are used in this logo.

1. Pittsburgh
2. Power

It's got me stumped, I've been threw a few hundred.
The closest I've found to 1. is "Nimbus Sans Novus Outline Bold": http://www.fonts.com/FindFonts/detail.htm?pid=421672&productId=109517&productNo=URW3096&siteId=PDWS

Please help, my brain hurts.
