A corner-cut condensed type similar to Chamfer Gothic, ITC Machine, or Contraption.

Judging by the difference between two Es and Is - I don't think this is a font at all, maybe this is hand-lettered?

I do not speak Spanish, but I don't think this is an actual font in a way. Considering how different the Rs was.
