This is a font a client used but has no idea what it is now. It is like Michigan State but the text serif like speed lines are notches instead. I am not sure if italic is it's natural state. Any help appreciated

Client had an old graphic which he really like the look of. I need to recreate the work Parris and I cannot find a good match- best I can find is about 80% of the look and feel.

Client provided a low res image I need to rebuild. Can't contact original designer and unable to locate it on the site yet. Top line is "(256) 620-5", second line is "nesAllFiredUp@gmail"
