hi i'm a newbie youtuber and I clip vtubers (virtual streamers) and i've noticed those that are uploading the same content (the successful channels) use a certain type of font
its a font similar to "glow GOTHIC" but i'm not sure and i don't know the additional effects added

the font is one colour, THEN a 2nd colour for the outline THEN a final colour that highlights each text, can someone tell me the font type and how to achieve this effect?
