Hopefully 8 years isn't too late of a response . I was wondering this myself. Doing a bit of digging on the interwebs, I saw that the Trix font was made with a version of Futura Bold, however while looking for a Tiki font, I found that Tiki Tropic looks a lot like the Trix font as well. So, hopefully this info is helpful to anyone looking for it in the future!
