i've been searching the internet for this font for about 2 days now, and it's getting really frustrating. I keep finding fonts similar to this one but not identical. This particular font seems to have some weird M and N's and i simply can't find any font to match that and i'm starting to think it's a custom private font that guy made.

A really close font to the sans one would be Compacta Black or Republica Minor 2.0. Both of them are not exactly the same, it seems that the font in the image is a bit edited (M and N have little curves at the line that connectes)
