It was Splatfont, thank you very much for helping me figure that out!

I used to use this font quite some years ago for thumbnails.
After my last PC died I couldn't remember where I got this font from.
Unfortunately I only ever used it for numbering, like in the attached image.
If anyone knows this font and can help me re-find it I would appreciate it a lot.
The blue/white outlines are additions and not actually part of the font.
