I have seen this font before but I can't remember the name and it's bugging the hell out of me. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried looking but don't have the time to go through thousands of files in my library

This looks hand written to me. If you look at and compare same letters, they all have subtle differences and aren't uniform.

Similar fonts also welcome. I know the tracking has been adjusted
