looks like Arial narrow to me

Trying to find a good match for this carved sign. Lots come close, but not finding anything with that style of G. Any suggestions?

(The quirky backwards N is a bit of a mystery, lots of theories, but no one knows for sure why it was done like that, or indeed when the sign was done. The building has been derelict for over 40 years.)
