The font is 'Idiosynoptium', but a few letters were swapped out for some letters in a second font -- '2 Rebels Deux'.

Some of the letters definitely use the font 'Envision'. For some of the letters here, they clearly took letters from 'Envision', and modified them using graphic design software (ex. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). The "P", for example, started as the "P" from Envision, but they manipulated it and changed it up a bit. Same with the "E" and "L". For the "R", they clearly took the "P" from Envision, modified it, then added the line down to turn it into an "R".
There's all kinds of customization going on here.
Also, the "A", "S" and U" appear to be from an entirely different font. I can't seem to figure out which one.

It's almost certain a custom logo. So a graphic designer manually drew each letter ... and didn't use a font at all.
Definitely this is heavily customized. But perhaps it began as Marvin Visions or Lodestone.
"Hit List" is 'OZ Handcraft BT SemiBold'.
"Fridays 8:30pm E/P" is "FeltTip Roman"
The "Rumble" part is a font called 'Publicity Gothic’. But the shadowing and chrome look was added after-the-fact, by the designer.
This is custom lettering -- it did not come from a font at all.
However, Harold's Fonts made a font inspired by this poster. The font is called 'Stage Left'
My best guess is that this is a heavily customized & distressed version of Metropol. Metropol is a pre-digital font, released in 1966. There is, however, a digitized recreation of it which you can buy, called 'Press Gothic'.

It might be a custom logo. Certainly is was based on, or at minimum, is quite similar to, Bradley.
Suggested font: EA Sans Curves
