C is from one (some monogram font hard to identify)
hiclets are from the other which is similar to Brauhaus Bold by MADType, but definitely not the same.

The glyphs were more likely drawn by hand than taken from any particular font. Even though some people claim it is Helvetica based, it is not likely to be true.
If you are looking for a font with similar glyphs, check Dystopian Black, by Sudtipos.

SansSerif Exb FLF Cond

I am quite sure it is (modified) Florida Serial (ExtraBold) by SoftMaker which you can find on MyFonts for $8.
Relay (Compressed Bold) from Occupant Fonts is quite similar, also Futura Futuris from Paratype or (the) Futura (Std Condensed Bold), all proprietary.
For free for personal use fonts I think SansSerifExbFLFCond is quite close.
