I've had such great luck here before, so I'm hoping you can help me again. I'm hoping someone can help me track down this font. I've included the original image, and then a more cleaned up portion of the font in case that's more helpful. (I wasn't able to get the S cleaner, because it's partially cut off in the image.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've tried reverse font searching, but have had no luck. The worst part is I designed the original file it's being used on, but converted it to a path, and don't seem to have the font on my machine anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
