Doesn't look like a Font at first, but the narrow and wide characters seem to line up

A little wavy because it's on a shirt, the characters do match up when straight though. The font obviously has wide and narrow characters.

Looks common but i can't figure it out... Seems like bottom font is the same as the top one but italic.
