No one's replied :( This is a tough one and I know it's out there somewhere. My friend used a "graffiti maker" app online and this was the typeface it used. I spent hours looking for it and ended up just having to recreating the phrase she wanted in Illustrator.

It reminds me a little of the Love Me font, very Curtis Kulig inspired. Love it!
