Dos anyone know what the font is for the Killing Stalking title? If it’s even a font at all?

I could be wrong, but, whoever created that, must’ve added that line on the S on their own.

Does nayone know what this font is called?

I wish I could find a clearer picture, but I hope that it’s coherent enough to see...
