I use fonts in both embird and word, but those that have ornaments and arabesques when I use them do not appear the ornaments and arabesques, they are simple, I have already tried to install both otf and ttf. Can someone clarify me?

Eu baixo as fontes uso tanto no embird como no word,mas as que tem ornamentos e arabescos quando vou usá-las elas não aparecem os ornamentos e arabescos,ficam simples,já testei instalar tanto no otf como ttf. Alguém pode me esclarecer?
