I came up with Pacifica by Dan X Solo and Brazzaville NF by Nick Curtis, both are revivals of Congo, originally published by Barnhart Brothers & Spindler. But neither is right.

Does anyone know who created the graphic?
I found out today that it is a custom "specialty" font, made exclusively for the blue urchin, by a designer in Portland.
