What font is this?

Hey, any ideas what font this may be? This is the highest quality version I have. I noticed that the line on the E crosses over the vertical line, so I am having trouble identifying it.

You sure there isn't another font? The R is quite different, and the ' is different as well. Seems like a stretch to classify it just as a modified version of Lucida Handwriting.
