The "C" on the far left is just a drawn logo, I know
"Ultra" is probably Fixedsys or System with some depth effect.

Where did you get that from? Maybe it's a custom job.
The "B" font is the same font of the others, only with outline and without fill.
Now the font itself is similar to Times New Roman, but it looks a bit different, specially on the serifs.
