The body text reminds me of various Erik Spiekermann fonts, but I have not spotted any that are a 100% match.
Anyone else have a suggestion?
Akkurat could be used as a substitute for the body text, but even at this small scale some differences stand out -- such as vertex on _M_
Still looking.
Expanded in width so that the weight looks like Optima Black Italic

Routered Lettering. The routing machine makes rounded terminals in the plastic or metal.
Appears to be based on a compressed Trade Gothic.
Compare to the following image of Trade Gothic Next Soft Rounded Pro Compressed

Aviano Sans has an ampersand that is the best match of the fonts I checked.
Other letters match almost 100% but have some very small differences such as tips of _S_ in image are slightly shorter.
I wonder if this is customized

Gothic 725 Black is not a perfect match but is an affordable substitute

EDITED:
This predigital book uses Akzidenz-Grotesk for the title.
Digital versions were produced by Berthold under this name and others, such as AG Old Face
They are all close at Medium weight.
Looks to me like the best match is AG Old Face Medium -- a version redrawn in 1984 to emphasize the 19th Century hand-setting roots of the original.

Why the link to Eagle fonts?
Choda Chado by Apostrophic Labs is available here at Dafont

Another similar font, Hardman
IMHO the logo is lettering not based on a specific font.
Several fonts are similar, including SF Americana Dreams

Times New Roman Extra Bold for PLGV, but not certain if _T_ is a lighter TNR or something else
Don't know if this is lettering or a font, but in either case it is derived from Morris Fuller Benton Agency Gothic of 1932-33
Agency Gothic has a different treatment of how the leg and bowl of _R_ connect to the stem.
I cleaned up the first set of lettering, but the result -- see below -- did not improve my memory as to a font.

Perhaps someone else knows it as a font.
The letters are similar to a free font by Franco Fernandez called "Ice Age Movie Font"
