xy's website uses a font called Jakes Handwriting. It's not the same.
Here is a link for a smoother and cleaner version of the tabasco font.

Ubunut is more "cleaner" than Tabsco. You will need to modify the letter _p_ and letters _d_.
You already specified the name of the font and the link where to legally download it here on the forum. It really wasn't necesarry to mention inspect element and fonts. There are apps to help you
find out which font is on a website. One of them is FontFace Ninja free to download on the chrome store.

Hey if you ever visit Dalmatia you should check out their homemade rakija, cheese, figs, olive oil etc. They sell homemade products and fruit near almost every road. Just make sure to check the prices you don't want them to
sell you a kilo of cheese for 200 euros

IDK usually when people mention inspect element and fonts something lights up in my head. And if you want a good croatian beer you should buy Karlovačko or Ožujsko.
Karlovačko is part of the Heineken group.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karlova%C4%8Dko AFAIK ripping fonts from websites is illegal. Using commercial fonts without a licence is illegal. This answer should be deleted by the mods.
Nobody will do it. If you want it you have to pay. NOBODY CARES. If a designer needs lettering like the NBC logo they will modify a couple of fonts and done.
Making a font can be a really long process. And usually is not done in a day or 2.
Modified. Looks like a ripoff of a placeholder for the stranger things logo.
Found! _D_ is something else.
That's very cool. It's a great and unique way to colorize photos.
It's always nice to learn something new.
Thanks Don. I presumed the postcard was from the late 1800 Because it was hand painted.
It’s quite rare for me to see postcards post 1890 colorized in that Way. It probably is a pre WW2
postcard. As you Said late 1920-s. It’s also a very rare postcard. This is the highest scan I could get. Today they sell for about 400-450 USD on Postcard Enthusiasts forums.
There is very little info on it I could find. But it’s one of my favorites. It’s font is unlike Any other. Hand cut As you Said.
Mixing fonts can create a very similar look to the rubber stamp one.
Font recognizer just turned up with Belwe Light when I searched for the _G_
Looks extremly close almost like the one one on the postcard used it.
AFAIK Belwe was desiged in 1927?
It's a very strange font indeed. Most probably not hand lettered. I used to collect these and actually had a bunch od them. They used to use a rubber stamp to apply the lettering.
Usually they used red ink on a white or light blue background so that the inscription could be seen without covering a important part of the postcard.
That's also why some letters are thicker and some thinner, because the stamp was hand pressed.
It's probably a rubber stamp font that was never digitized. Ive seen a lot of old antiqua typefaces that have that same _G_ look.
To me the two _e_ look like Bodoni. Any other suggerstions don? What do you think?
