Maybe someone will find a font that has the N and L that you want, but I believe it's easier, depending on what your project is, if you edit it with Illustrator.
You can take the lower case L as a starting point, or a flipped J. The N is just a combination of I and the inverted L.

It's Arial indeed. Bold to make those commas.
Different Y and slight different h and a.
There are so many companies named Oggi I couldn't find their website, that's why I could only guess by the picture.
Looks like the G has been slightly modified, I can't tell for sure by the picture.
