yeah, fonts have no color
it's eithor full or empty
you can color only what is 'full'
if you need to colour what's empty, you need to colour the background, not the font

there's the same font for latin language... but just don't remember the name !

this sample is really crappy, but looks like a cyrillic version of the font i know (and if it's latin, then the sample is reaaaally crappy)
- download and intall the font (read the FAQ if you don't know)
- use it in your favorite graphic software
- print it.
similar 'a' can be found in the Celtic section

it's not a font.
it seems they drew it from the Emotum logo they made :
