Carolingia with width squeezed to 40%
I agree Carolingia has the same general letterforms that could have been edited to make _BROTHER_
Compare to Morris Fuller Benton's Empire of 1937
Here it is digitized for Font Bureau as Empire Black:

This ornate Tuscan was designed by Aldo Novarese as Fontanesi
House of Lime's Fontanesi is rough, just like your image.
There is also a cleanly engineered digital version by Nick Curtis. It is found in the lower case of his Kudos Kaps Five NF
http://myfonts.us/td-Gks9Cq
Nick's version omits the middle prongs at the top of the terminals for the arms of the _T_
Almost, but not 100%, identical to Mathew Carter's Big Caslon.

Didot style numbers
Hours Nantes has numbers that are almost identical but are wider with more rounded counters and a bolder weight as well as a different _No_ symbol, i.e. the numero sign.

The _M_ in Gotham Bold is also close, but its other letters are too narrow
Horizontally compressed
Here is the ampersand

Lettering in an extended Grotesque style.
AFAIK no exact match to all of the letters.
Best match for the _M_ seems to be Engravers Gothic Bold. But the _V_ is more open and the center stroke of _E_ is too short and too hign.
Dragon TS ExtraBold Italic has a similar weight and tiny serifs like _plenda_ but the tiny serifs are not all in the right places and some of the stroke terminals need to be rounded to mirror the tiny serifs.
Might be something closer but I did not find it in a short search.
AFAIK the Splenda logo was not made into a font.
The _S_ is almost identical to Tartine Script
CORTE'S
Friz Quadrata Roman expanded in width. Ampersand rotated to make apostrophe
BANQUET HALL
Friz Quadrata Bold compressed in width.
