Is there a font used for "universe" in "Scooby Universe"? It almost looks like the SpongeBob font, except this isn't the SpongeBob font in the slightest.

Is there a font used for the World Premiere Toons logo?
I was told by Liam Butler that the name of the font John R. Dilworth created for Courage the Cowardly Dog and the Stretch Films early 2000s website was "DillyPen". I went to Etsy, and Dilworth even thanked me for my request on the font. Unfortunately, it's not available, because it's a custom proprietary font that only he and his studio Stretch Films can use, which I understand, but given that we live in a world where Angus Oblong (creator of the Oblongs) can actually sell copies of his own custom made font family to the public, do you think it's time John R. Dilworth sold copies of his own DillyPen font to the public for $10? Because that would be so cool! And I knew I wasn't the only one who wanted a copy of his font.
I need the font used for "Block Party", please.
I didn't find this font.
