Nice find... I knew I recognized the lower "f" - but my brain went numb...
Hard for me to say, but this might be Gotham Medium.
It seems to be two different fonts.
The SG - and that could be something like Italiana
and the imon something else... I'm starting to think a regular Italic font - and not a script... Sorry I can't be more helpful. Hopefully someone will ID it...

pilaster - there are so many different versions of Avant Garde - it was a free for all with typesetters... it could be the actual manufacturer who modified it... but it's such a distinct font.
And because of it's light weight- the guys from Photoletterinng had many other Avant Gardes they created (they were the designers...)
