The one on frufly.blogspot is the Mrs Blackfort.
Try thank you and you will be shocked thinking is is the same as your sample.
The one on http://www.joridkvam.com/2010/07/good-start.html is also handwritten and again completely different from your (handwritten) sample.

Are you one of those who think 'I see it on a screen, thus it is a font'?

Nothing like it on joridkvam. The font on frufly.blogspot is different from your (handwritten) sample. There is only one common letter, the n, but these are not the same.

Southern Software Inc. had the Umber (unique identifier FontMonger:Umber SSi) that has the serifs AND the upside down S but not the correct T.

I am beginning to believe that the H in this logo was made out of two times the I.

On second, third, fourth thought it is not the Durrow. The Durrow lacks the tiny serifs in the sample image. I'll keep on searching.

Art fits. The H or h maybe a modification of another font and I am almost convinced that the S or s is upside down, also from another font.

Edit kk:
The s is the Durrow too, and, indeed, flipped and mirrored.

Suggested font: Durrow

Durrow looks better, just the H and that weird upside down S.

@ Tophy
The email address for julia meer is in the pdf, at the bottom. As you said, when you open a pdf and do file > properties > fonts you see the fonts used to create the pdf.
With software that can show the fonts in a pdf, like Altsoft FTMaster you can see the naming section of the embedded font and thus the names of the designer and (most times) a vendor website. Et voilá there you have your link ...
