I'm not sure if it is a font - but there are fonts with 2 different As...
I don't know it - but if I was sweating to do a project - I'd try to use something close like Portland.

Is it possible this is not a font - but handwritten - after all, not one of the periods used is the same...
Perhaps you could use something like Sweetie Pie... not the same - but at least a handwriting with same feeling, sort of.

Once upon a time there was a font called Nanum Brush Script put out there by Google fonts... I have no idea if it still exists - but I suspect that is the font you are looking for.
