Pay version. Excellent quality, but slight differences. Note, for example it uses a vertical rather than slightly angled mid stroke for _G_.

Letters are in a style called Uncial. Sometimes also called Irish, Celtic, Gaelic, Lells, Gandalf etc.
Did not spot a matching font. Might be custom lettering.
You might find a somewhat similar substitute among the Celtic fonts hosted here at Dafont

Help! Bauer Bodoni Bold has some similarity, if stretched in width, but there are numerous differences, the most noticiable being that the terminals on _C_ are too far apart.
Still looking.
No match so far for _Jennings Trucking Service, Inc._ but the style, see esp. the _k_, is called chancery, which is the same as the style for _Gotebo Ok._ which uses Corsiva. Note that Corsiva is NOT THE FONT for _Jennings Trucking Service, Inc._
Good find by WaltzFonts.

The creator of Kelly Slab, Denis Masharov, credits City as the main influence in the design of his font.
Edited:
Logotype, perhaps derived from City Light, edited to change some horizontal strokes to diagonal ones.

UPDATE
Make Buffalo Western thicker and it should fit.
Edited on May 20, 2017 at 09:53 by donshottype
Thickened, with a custom _A_.
Times New Roman Bold Horizontally compressed.
The following image shows Times New Roman Bold Condensed further compressed by 50 percent.
This needs a little more compression to be an exact fit to the with of the letters in the image.
Very similar results could be produced by using one of the other versions of Times New Roman Bold.

The green portion matches Ragtime TS DemiBold, horizontally compressed. Note the reverse contrast -- horizontal strokes thicker than vertical strokes.
Ragtime Bold is based on Revue.

The NO ALTARS lettering was created by horizontally condensing Fette Gotisch and then redrawing the letters with blobby tentacles.
The subtitle lettering is Wilhelm Klingspor Gotisch

Customized logotype?
Metric Medium is the only font that I found with an exact match for the _S_ and _D_. The _R_ would also be an exact match if the bottom of the leg on _R_ is pulled slightly further out. However the _N_ does not have pointed tips and is too narrow and the _E_ is too wide.
The modifications to _N_ and _R_ could perhaps be based on a 1929 design by W.A. Dwiggins, sold as Metro, now aka Geometric 415 by Bitstream, DH Sans by Font Haus, and Grosse Pointe Metro by GroupType,
