I use to ask that question all the time. When Macs first came out - I had Adobe Garamond, regular Garamond, Garamond Old Style - when I got Bitstream - I had all their Garamonds, then URW's Garamonds - and let's not forget the Garamont (yes a T) families as well... lots and lots of manufacturers with it - and all changing it a little bit.

Glad I could help you solve your mystery. And yes, you are welcome.

I believe it is Goudy - probably by Adobe - because when they first came out with Goudy Old Style - they didn't use the distinctive diamonds over the eyes... I think they've changed since then...

Second thought - you are right - it is Garamond - but Adobe's Semibold.

Florin, honestly you are looking to be banned from this site - and many of us can do that for you with a click of our magical mice...

DO NOT ASK FOR A COMMERCIAL FONT FOR FREE - EVER. Yes, I'm shouting - because you are not listening.

Ask yourself this - what do you do for a living (or will do) and would you want to your talents and services stolen? Not receive any money to live on? Watch the family starve?

By your asking for a commercial font for free - that is exactly what you are doing - STEALING. And we do not abide by this.

So, look through the shareware/freeware/beerware/whatever you can afford ware... and pick something similar. Until you make some money to pay for a font that you want to use - do what all the other poor folks in the world do... and be grateful you have a computer to work from.
