Yes, this is a Ronda variation known as Rondalo (FontBank, now extinct) and R791-Deco-Regular of Softmaker and maybe also under other names.

Different M. Not a font
Xoirege, Copyright NovaMute 1995, creation date August 24 1994, is in fact the Eyechart Display Caps SSi (1992) renamed. The SSI name is still visible in the Macintosh naming section.
One litte problem here, SSI (Southern Software Inc.) itself was a company that copied existing fonts from other foundries so also their version was not the original.
The Font Company sells the font under the name Chinat Bold, a full accented version.

Correct.
Available at many foundries.
It may also be the Felt Tip Roman.

Not a font. All letters are distorted differently.
Was only a suggestion, there are (far too) many tweeked typewriter looking fonts around and, alas, I don't know'm all.
True Menhir, but the maker/owner of Segoe should have made the bold and italic faces available for applications that are not Open Type aware, which is the fast majority of all text aware applications.

Took a lot of tweaking, but looks like I got it figured out ...)
Is in fact very easy to do. A tool like TransType wil convert the OTF flavors to different TTF fonts.
