Do you have a "larger" sample of this typeface? It is so small, that if I blow it up - it looks like a bitmap font --
If you need something kind of similar take a look at URW's Grotesk Light Condensed.
Looks like Didot strikes again...
It definitely isn't Comic Sans - but I'm not sure what it is. However, if you'd like something similar try Perfect Fonts:

Not the same - just the same feel...
If you have Adobe Illustrator - it's pretty simple. Just a straight line with a triangle in the middle....
And you should be able to create that in most programs...
Gomziviper - please look at the letters - it is what I go by... none of the "R"s match up - and the "S"s are very different -- logically that adds up to someone created this....
I think this might be from the Image Club collection - called Carolus Roman
The shareware on Dafont is not as good in its drawing as the original.
Nothing comes to mind - but I'm adding for the thread CADILLAC is in Aachen:
http://myfonts.us/td-cuOvZu You are most welcome.
I think you mean "any advice" - and if so - I'd say that someone used Monotype's Scotch Roman and 1) modified the "R" and 2) cracked it up.

and on a fresher look: perhaps it was Engravers modified:

It reminds me of ITC Farmhaus - but smoother
http://myfonts.us/td-3CiWXb I don't know if you'll find an exact match. Pretty close for Philadelphia is: Interstate Bold Condensed
and for Kraft: something like Zwo w-8 small caps....
I wonder if someone made a similar font with the "a" in your sample...

"It is a custom-made logo. It is not a typeface." —Steve (aka Eyehawk)
It was designed in the 1880s - and the W is similar to Cloister Old Black... you can grab some Old English, a bit of Mariage... and have some fun reproducing it.
