Looks like a Eurostile Extended that the A had it's bar removed and then a 3-D effect was handlettered in.

When I first looked I thought this was the old OPTIFont Bookman Contour with Swash but the "Cla" seems to be Chesterfield...
http://myfonts.us/td-Ewibna -- but there is no N in Chesterfield like that that I know of... so somewhere someone has made a font.
