Identified font: Metal Gear Solid
La fuente de ese logo la he visto en Deviantart, busca por el titulo de "Font MLP+Style por Kustren Version Beta final" en google......

La fuente de TV TOKYO, es bastante parecida a la fuente llamada Prelo Black, solo le alteraron 2 letras la y y la V......

Se puede crear, hasta el momento se ve que es una fuente manuscrita, la podria crear, pero solo una, pidemelo en mi Deviantart, me llamo Kustren, me gusta realizar fuentes que no han sido creadas aun......

Parece ser una fuente hecha exclusivamente para ese anime, pero vere si la puedo hallar, mañana te dare la respuesta...... 
Revise un poco, pero solo vi fuentes similares, o por lo menos con rasgos algo similares, como la fuente Access MN Bold, Balloon BT Extra Bold y la bronici.....:C
