For the "Hat Company, Inc." and "Bowie, Texas" texts, they both use Rockwell Bold.
As for the "100 Years" text, it uses the Rockwell Extra Bold font.

While the "Television City" part of the logo, and both the "A Unit of" and "Communications" parts of the Surge Communications byline use Franklin Gothic Heavy, the "Surge" part of the logo is in an unknown font.
