M doesn't match up thoroughly - but Cooter Deuce Plugged comes close - cause it has the "S"

or you can have PRIMA match up - but not the S using Disco Duck Regular, Angleblock, Simcha Expanded... so many to choose from right here on dafont

I agree it is similar - but the "V" is wrong... Neo Sans V has equidistant sides - this V is lopsided... but I would recommend the same in the pinch...

Looks like it was related to Avenida.

Take that back - the font has "alternatives" makes sense for the E
