I thought it was Apple Gothic that use to come with the MAC many years ago...
But the M and flat top A makes me think we have Futura Heavy Obliqued here
You are most welcome. Good luck with your type project.
and they used some of the alternative letters
Nice find Fred - and btw - thank you for Lobster Two... I didn't know that he made an upright... Howdy.
You are very welcome Raki.
This was discussed on dafont here:
http://www.dafont.com/forum/read/64070/signature-like-font-needed
And on myfonts here:

From Darrylz on myfonts
Here are a few somewhat similar suggestions:
- Shelby,
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/laura-worthington/shelby/
- Rage Italic,
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/itc/rage-italic/
- Dear Joe 4 Smooth Smallface,

and here:

And you would like a similar handwriting to Wynn - try Passions Conflict -
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/gideon/passions-conflict/regular/ -- afterall, we seem to all realize that it is someone’s personal signature - and not a font at all...

Not 100% sure - but it looks like Marianina Thin - thinned out more.
Not the italic - but the regular obliqued by machine.

Though the "k" looks so much like COOPER Bold Italic
Perhaps you can mix and match
Or maybe there is a Cooper Swash out there - somewhere....
Image Club's Bookman Swash (NOT ITC) - I found you a link to a different one... it should do the trick for you.
