The two Es are not the same - which makes me think this is a 7th or 8th generation xerox (as we use to call it) -- the basic font seems to be a Corona
Perhaps once through photoshop or illustrator with special filters will give you the desired "older" look.
The B looks modified.

Your type looks kind of "shaky" - I don't know which it is - but that N reminds me of Cochin... Probably not it - but a good substitute.
Looks like Helvetica Medium and Wide
This had to be from Bittersweet - the B is a perfect match complete with the extra knob in the center... T was Modified, P horizontally flopped.
I don't know if anyone will come up with a font...
but if you are desperate, the 4 is similar to Synthica Outline:

and the 8 looks like it is closest from Herbie:
http://myfonts.us/td-WIMQUM I don't think this is a font because of no repeat letters (not one A, M or C match up) however, if you are looking for something with the same feeling - take a look at Bountiful:

Again, this is not the font - just the feeling...
You are most welcome - and thank you for thinking - awesome!

Thank you so much Claude...
Today is like an old typography type day - same thing happened here:
http://www.dafont.com/forum/read/149450/what-font-is-this

I truly can't see it - but I could recommend things that remind me of what I'm looking at
For example - perhaps Panache or Rotis San Serif would help for Work Experience
and Usherwood Italic (because of the lower case g)
I know they don't match - but, they have the same kind of feel... Good luck - I hope you find a job soon.
