For the ampersand have a look at the many New Baskerville Italic versions around. Will need to be condensed a bit though.

Bay Animation's (RIP) Bimini Wide and Arts&Letters (Bay Animation successor) Bimini-Extended are the best match. Bimini is a copy of the Bauhaus.

The L can be faked with the Arab Brushstroke lower case 'l' , condensed to some 87%.
