Helvetica is probably the most common font in the world. There are several free alternatives. For instance, Aileron
https://tipotype.com/aileron/ or Roboto
https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Roboto "Power" is in Gotham Book and "Secure" in Gotham Bold

Almost, but the endings of the S and C are different
You can inspect the page:
http://www.eluniversal.com.mx/cartera/negocios/guerra-comercial-con-eu-hunde-al-tlcan-expertos
Select text, Right click with the mouse, -> Inspect Element, under "Typography" appears the font sed.
Another option is Dear Sir/Madam
It's a custom hand-made font. In 1996 Gill Facia was based on this design (
http://luc.devroye.org/fonts-87611.html ).
Inspecting this PDF:
https://www.jeuxavolonte.asso.fr/regles/le_donjon_de_naheulbeuk.pdf
it mentions
BDneoClairdeLune
Cafeteria
Cochin
Cafeteria and Cochin don't match, and I haven't found the first, but it is your font (if you select and copy%paste, you can see that it is in fact the font used).
Suggested font: BDneoClairdeLune
