As far as I can tell, it's a font created specifically for "table talk pies".

No, it's a commercial font and can't be given away for free.
I know the name of it, I just forgot and it's so frustrating...I'm positive it was requested here before and someone identified it...
Yes, you can see that the font itself is Bernhard, it was erroded by hand, using software.
