Strange alternation of regular and italic
This keeps coming back. I think you'll have to accept that it's custom, but I have an alternative suggestion.
Don't forget that a tattoo artist isn't obliged to stick to any exact typographical font. The "U" in this tattoo looks unnaturally thin, for example.
But you could take this font and this picture to a graphic designer and have them alter details if needed.
The letterspacing isn't doing the script any favours.
