So, if you want to know clearly and reliably what you can do with a font, contact the author. It's the only good and dependable way.

It's not possible to do that only with a font.

I don't know Publisher and I don't know if it's possible to do that with Publisher but it's better that you ask that on a software forum.

You can use Inkscape to create an image and imports it in Publisher.

Perso, je copie dans un même répertoire toutes les polices qui conviennnent pour l'usage que je veux en faire puis j'utilise FontLister pour les comparer avec le texte qui va servir (ou du moins un échantillon de ce texte).
Il y a aussi quelques critères objectifs qui peuvent me faire éliminer certaines polices suivant les cas, par exemple l'absence de lettres accentuées, la taille du fichier TTF, la lisibilité, la pertinence du rapport hauteur/largeur, etc.

I have found this font on other sites but it seems that the author confuses hes informations (say he's brazilian but write in french ).
I think he want to stay anonymous and did not want to be contacted.

I do not have the exact words in Italian (I'm french) but it's in the Paragraph Window, in the spacing area.

I'he thied it with Word 2007. No problem.
Youre sure it can't be just a problem with your line spacing ?

Si tu as Excel :
Tu tapes ton texte dans une cellule.
Clic droit sur la cellule
Dans le menu contextuel, clic sur Format de cellule
Onglet Alignement
Case orientation, tu cliques sur la case où "Texte" est écrit verticalement.
Clique sur Ok

Ensuite, tu choisis la police que tu veux.

Je penses qu'il doit exister la même possibilité en Open Office et en Libre Offrice si tu n'as pas Excel.

Mais les polices de ce style étant en monbre très réduit (perso, je n'en connais qu'une autre), tu n'auras pas vraiment le choix du style (ce qui me semble important pour un tatouage, non ?)

La police est supposée écrire quoi sur la carte ? Nom des joueurs, numéros, texte explicatif ?

I don't understand wath you want to make : an engineering drawing or an image ?

For an engineering drawing, you need a CAD software like AutoCAD. All the recent CAD siftware can use the TTF font.

If you want just an image with an artwork and some figures and lettering, you need a graphic software.
The GIMP is one, but it's a bitmap software, and I think that for your application, a vectoral editor like Inkscape (free software) is besser.

For the hollow lettering, it existe many fonts that pupose directly hollow charactèrs.

Comme l'a dit Claude, les polices PS sont quasiment abandonnées depuis une vingtaine d'années. En chercher revient à peu près au même que de chercher un Word version MS-DOS.
As-tu proposé à ton imprimeur un PDF dans lequel tu pourrais intégrer les polices postscript ?

J'ai l'impression que c'est toi qui ne pige rien.
Relis mon message précédent, je t'indique comment écrire verticalement avec Excel en utilisant n'importe quelle police.
J'aurais bien pris la peine de décrire ça plus en détail mais aucune envie de le faire pour quelqu'un qui est insultant alors qu'on essaye de l'aider.

Dans Word (ou dans Writer d'Open/Libre Office) ainsi que dans Excel (et son équivalent O/L O), il y a une option de format qui permet de mettre le texte à la verticale, aussi bien avec les lettres les unes au dessous des autre que côte à côte.
Ca te permet d'avoir accès à tous les thèmes.

Si tu as choisi d'écrire la phrase avec des lettres les unes au dessus des autres (comme le suggère Claude), il vaudrait mieux choisir des lettres plus larges que hautes.
