KINGS is a variation of this font... The "K" is slightly different, they may have used a "non-italic" font and changed the kerning to make it slanted, or done a warp effect in Illustrator...
You'll need to "enlarge" a lowercase "w" to make it "Capitalized"...
With some tweaking, this should work... You'll need to flip the "V"...

That one is close, but not exact, the top of the "T" is too wide, but he might be able to make it work...
If you are unable to locate the font, you might be able to use this one...

Not a standard font, that is a very modified font, possibly from something like "Battling Bold" or similar...
The "N" in the headline is an odd style, probably somewhere on dafont.com, but I'm not familiar with it.
