The closest thing I can find is a modified version of this font named C_Sveti_Nikola.ttf, where the English letters are replaced by Cyrillic.

Ballpark Weiner - the outlines are not as smooth as the pro alternatives (Kestrel, Falkner, etc.)
The two h's are different. Could be a hand-rendered interpretation of Kestrel.
