Not a font as such. Probably based on the Mosquito Bold.

Be aware that those fonts on creative commons heavily depend on open font technology capabilities and can therefore only come to their right when used with otf aware applications. Not many around. Say 4 or 5.

It is. But anyway, there is a trend at the moment in calligraphy looking fonts, mainly the USA and mainly done by young woman. Goto creative market, https://creativemarket.com/fonts and look around. I am sure you will find something.
