As a client no, I think. There has not been a supplier/customer relation. As a user, yes. They are after all using it.
As far as I know their logo is a world-wide registered trademark and one is only allowed to use it with their permission. That said, the logo is scattered all over the place and Disney does not seem to bother. If you can find an image with your font on a Disney site, use that one with a hotlink.

Not that I am aware of. But, when you need it to make a product catalog just buy it and charge the client.
The only two things that Jägermeister and beer have in common is that they are alcoholic drinks and are sold in green bottles.

Your best bet will be the numbers but you will need to do perspective correction or - better - make a new photo with no wide angle effect and standing straight in front of what you want to make a photo of. Also, do not forget to focus. This image is anything from being sharp.
Very close - but no match - one of the Lobster versions. Look at Google fonts and here on dafont.
Next thing to do, apply perspective correction and then change your image.
