Monotype's Typewriter is a clean version that is mostly matches your specimen
Don't know if this is a font made from letters typed by an old typewriter or a specimen of letters actually typed by an old typewriter.
For a font that looks like a match to this specific typewriter letter design, you could use Albertsthal Typewriter.
Similar degree of distress as your specimen, but the distress is at different locations on the letters.

NOT A MATCH, but close, as requested.

I found a high definition image of the cover and converted the letters to greyscale:
Looks like an edited Erbar Medium.
But also reminds me of Casablanca

Not certain this is a font.
Several fonts could be used for approximate substitutes, including Big Top [already suggested] and Comedy, but they are NOT A MATCH to the letters.

Compare to Engravers, with width condensed to 80%
Almost a 100% match, but there are differences such as the pointed vertex on _M_ and the thickness of the tips of the serifs [clipped?]. Also the vertical and diagonal hairline strokes look thickened.

Compress letter width to 80% and STRATO looks like:
This looks like a fair match for Akzidenz-Grotesk Bold Extended.
Perhaps exact if some further adjustment of width.
Seems custom.
AFAIK there is no font that is a match for all of the letters, or which has proportions that are very close to them.
For a substitute you will need to use a rough approximation for both letter shapes and proportions.
I digitized three letters from your collection of letters.
In choosing a substitute note that the width of the vertical stroke is about 5.8% of the height, and the height of the letters is about 5.5 times the width of the letters.

Font? Perhaps custom for TV anime Mawaru Penguindrum. More letters at
http://penguindrum.jp/
No exact match but Agency FB Bold could perhaps have been used as the source to create the letters.

Font?? Hong Kong subway signage?
Letters are too small to distingush details, but Hurme Geometric Sans No.1 is closer to the letters shown than other fonts I checked.
Some other suggestions:

Helvetica Neue Black also works.
Smaller text is a lighter Helvetica

Relettered in a wider width. Numbers are something else.
Cond rather than semicond?
